American pianist Fred Hersch combines his talent on the piano with significant success as a composer and bandleader. He has been nominated six times for Grammy® Awards for his work. 'Everybody's Song But My Own,' unlike other of his releases, features only jazz standards played by Hersch, John Herbert on bass and Eric McPherson on drums.
The recording was made at New York's Avatar Studio on May 19 and 20, 2010.
