Hailing from The Hague's blossoming '60s rock scene, Earth & Fire were already a well-known Prog group in The Netherlands before they scored an international hit with 'Weekend'. A move towards mainstream '70s Pop with their new producer (and singer Jerney Kaagman's delectable blue leather catsuit) catapulted the album Reality Fills Fantasy to the top of the album charts. Both the single and the album went platinum in 1979 and were voted single and album of the year by the Dutch public. A good example of 'Nederbeat', Reality Fills Fantasy is a classic, and Music On Vinyl is proud to release the record on vinyl for the first time in over 30 years!
